Join Charlie in his Matosinhos studio for a session designed to help you quiet your mind and rediscover your intuitive flow. This isn't a traditional painting class where we all try to replicate the same image. Instead, it’s a guided journey into your own self-expression.

What to Expect

In the heart of the Matosinhos creative community, we’ll step away from the digital noise and into a world of color and texture.

• The Atmosphere: We start with a moment of grounding - a coffee or tea and a chat to settle into the space. The studio is a low-pressure zone where there are no "mistakes," only discoveries.

• The Process: Charlie will guide you through intuitive painting techniques. We’ll experiment with layers, movement, and unexpected tools to see how colors interact when we stop trying to control them.

• The Flow: Charlie doesn't focus on anatomy or perspective. We focus on the feeling. We use art as a way to translate emotions and energy that words often miss.

About Your Host: Charlie

"I am a self-taught visual artist who believes that creativity is a biological necessity, not just a talent. My own journey with art has been one of discovery and healing, and I’ve dedicated my practice to helping others find that same sense of "Permission."
I understand the pressures of modern life, and I use my studio as a sanctuary to help people recalibrate and find joy in the act of making."
