Cati Laporte is a French painter who also works in embroidery and ceramics. Before moving to Berlin, Cati has been living in Brazil for 10 years. It’s over there where she started “hacking her own hats“ to complement her unique carnival outfits.

During her ✨Hack a Hat✨ Workshops, Cati shares her secret tips and tricks and provides you with the material, gabarits and homemade starch which are needed to shape the hats.

In 4 hours you can dive deep into the world of hats and create your own custom piece made of fancy craft paper wrap, kitchen towels, jute or tulle.
