A propos du Chef Pâtissier :
Patricia, chef pâtissière du Pastel de Nata, une femme de presque 50 ans, très créative et encore très jeune intérieurement, a déjà fait beaucoup de choses dans son parcours professionnel.
Avant sa carrière de pâtissière, elle a travaillé comme organisatrice de mariages et responsable d'événements, s'occupant de mariages, d'événements d'entreprise et de festivals de musique.
Patricia travaillait pour d'autres personnes, pendant de nombreuses heures, surtout le week-end, et avait moins de temps pour être avec sa famille et ses amis.
Même si elle aimait son travail et rencontrait toujours de nouvelles personnes, elle a décidé qu'il était temps de changer et de quitter son emploi.
Elle a toujours aimé cuisiner et recevait ses amis à la maison, mais elle n'avait jamais pensé devenir pâtissière.
Elle a appris la recette, essayé plusieurs fois différentes recettes et a décidé de commencer cette nouvelle vie dans le monde de la pâtisserie.
Depuis le début, cela a été un moment merveilleux pour Patricia, rencontrer de nombreuses personnes différentes du monde entier et les retours ont été très positifs jusqu'à présent.

We had a very special workshop with my kids and my fiance with his daughter. The day before he asked me to Marry him, so we were all very excited.

It was absolutely amazing – honestly, way better than I had ever expected. Patrízia was incredibly funny, explained everything really well, included us in every step, and created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We had an amazing time and Porto Tonic, very yummy – 5 stars just aren’t enough!
Even after the workshop, she gave us so many great local tips. And yes – we even bought the molds for the Pastéis de Nata. A complete success all around!

We stayed here during a bachelorette party of a friend. It was a loveley group experience, we had a lot of fun, we felt very welcome and Patricia was incredibely funny and lovely. I would totally recommend this experience!

Una bellissima esperienza! Abbiamo avuto la possibilità non solo di imparare a preparare queste deliziose specialitá portoghesi, ma anche di imparare nuove cose sulla cultura locale! Ana è stata una bravissima e simpaticissima insegnante e ci ha dato anche delle ottime dritte su come trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza a Porto! Davvero una tappa che consiglierei a tutti di fare!
Really a good experience, would really recommend it especially if you are also addicted to pastel de natas just like me :) The workshop was fun and we really learnt how to do them, the important tips from the chef Patricia and some culture facts and story as well as port wine makes this just such a wholesome experience. Happy I did it, big thanks to Patricia!
We had the pleasure of joining Patrícia's cooking class, and it was a great experience. Patrícia skillfully broke down the process of making pastel de nata into manageable steps, making it accessible even for those without prior cooking experience. Alongside the cooking, Patrícia regaled us with the history behind pastel de nata and shared fascinating insights into Portuguese cuisine, all within a wonderfully warm and jovial atmosphere complemented by Patrícia's jokes and a glass of Port wine. To top it off, we couldn't resist taking some pastel de nata home to prolong the pleasure. We highly recommend Patrícia's cooking class to any tourist eager to master the art of crafting Porto's most delectable dessert.
While in Porto if you get a chance, you need to attend one of Patricia’s pastel de nata cooking classes. Patricia was full of knowledge and such a great teacher. The pastel de nata were so delicious!!! Can’t believe we actually made them. We had the best time. Thank you Patricia
