The Private Tufting Workshop for Beginners 1-1 with Daniela in Malmö, Sweden, introduces Tufting to those of you, who have never tried this handcraft before.
You will learn the basic techniques of tufting and bring home a rug made by yourself!
Private Tufting Workshop Structure:
During 4h you will be able to learn all the basic steps from start to finish of tufting a rug, with breaks in between for snacks and tea. There will be designs available for you to pick or you are welcome to bring your own. It should be simple and fit a 70x50cm frame.

The Tufting workshop price includes all the materials needed:
Yarns, tufting cloth, latex, glue, and tufting tools.
A projector and paper patterns are available to help in sketching your design. Finally, the frame and tufting gun are provided by the studio. Everything will be available for you, so you can focus on learning this handcraft.
About the artist:
Daniela Doe (b. 1996) is a Portuguese Multidisciplinary Designer with French and Togolese roots, currently based in Malmö, Sweden.
Daniela's work focuses on making graphic design more tactile and memorable through traditional handcrafts, utilizing techniques like tufting, embroidery, and printing. Her creations range from wall tapestries and home furnishings to sculptures and wearables.
Since 2021, she has been running her design studio in Malmö, Sweden, working on both personal and commissioned projects in textiles, graphic design, and art direction.
