About the artists:

"asmarias" is the name for the artist duo Ana and Isabel. It's a wordplay based on the name Maria, the most popular feminine name in Portugal. 

Ana is a textile designer who has been working in the textile industry since 1997.

Isabel is also a textile designer who has been working in the textile industry since 1998. She also holds a Master degree in Arts.

Both Ana and Isabel are professional teachers in the textile design and arts & crafts industry since 2005.

Their intention with the Textile Printing Workshops "Print your own Tote Bag" in Porto, Portugal, is to make a fusion between the textile industry, design and art, for you to have a great experience.
