Using a torch fueled by oxygen and propane, you’ll watch glass rods transform before your eyes as heat and simple hand movements shape them into stunning, one-of-a-kind beads. By the end of the session, you’ll take your creations a step further by turning them into a bracelet or necklace using basic micro-macrame techniques.

This workshop isn’t just about making jewelry, it’s an experience that combines precision, focus, and creativity. You’ll practice delicate hand movements, gain control over your body and mind, and even revisit some basic physics and chemistry as you witness the magic of glass shaping. About the Artist and Host: 

"I’m a dedicated Turkish lampworking artist with a passion for reviving the ancient art of glass shaping. Originally trained in urban planning, my creative side led me to glasswork, starting as a self-taught artist focused on small, flexible, and meaningful pieces. 

I aim to express the current moment and my emotions through each creation. For over three years, I’ve been creating sculptures and jewelry with ceramic and glass at my collective studio of seven international artists. I love how our spontaneous collaborations spark new ideas and push creative boundaries."
