During the 3 hour Cooking Workshop in Hamburg, you prepare the following with Monica Tita:

Starters:
- Spring rolls (meat, vegetarian, or vegan)
- Gado-gado (salad) 

Main course:
- Mie Ayam Jamur (Indonesian noodle with chicken and/or mushroom)

Dessert:
- Indonesian surprise (as a complimentary)

Drinks: 
- Water
- Indonesian tea 
- Indonesian coffee
- Optional (for extra charge): Beer or wine

Note: Please let us know beforehand, if you have any food preferences, such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free diet, so Tita can prepare the ingredients accordingly. 

About the food chef:

Monica Tita loves traveling, cooking, learning languages and meeting new people from all over the world. She started to cook when she moved abroad, for the simple reason because she missed her comfort food like in Indonesia.

What she loves the most about cooking is the ability to be creative and do some experiments with the spices. Cooking allows her also to create art in a place and that feeling if someone loves your food and enjoys it, it is just an amazing feeling.

She loves cooking and having her friends come over to her house and enjoy her home-made food.

Monica Tita came to Germany in 2011 to pursue her dream. She was an Au-pair in Weimar, Germany, before then she continued her Master degree in Vienna, Austria.
Right now she works as a marketing manager for the international market and is based in Hamburg.
