Join artist and designer Anna Demidova for a hands-on Clay Weekend in the heart of Lisbon. Over two immersive days (5 hours each day), you’ll explore the meditative process of hand-building with clay. The classes are suitable for beginners with no prior experience and advanced participants looking to refine their techniques.

We’ll work with manual techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab-building, allowing you to create the whole collection of pieces. Anna will guide you on every stage and help with design. Whether you're a total beginner or have some experience, this is a chance to slow down, connect with your creativity, and enjoy the beauty of clay.

Please note:
Your pieces will be ready for pick-up 4 weeks after of the workshop. In case you live abroad, you can get them shipped to your home by Anna for an additional cost. Please talk to her directly during the workshop.

About the artist:

Anna is a Lisbon based ceramic artist whose work explores the dialogue between texture, form, and light. Her practice is rooted in a deep appreciation for organic surfaces. With a background in interior design and photography Anna approaches ceramics as a space where art, craftsmanship, and design merge.

In 2019, she created her own ceramics brand called Anna De Ceramics. Embracing the philosophy of slow design, Anna values craftsmanship as a sensory experience, shaping objects that invite touch, interaction, and reflection. Her work finds its place in contemporary interiors, design galleries, and curated spaces that celebrate the timeless beauty of ceramics.

Anna is a professional teacher, she taught at the University in Russia before moving to Portugal.
