About the Artist: 

Anna Demidova is a Russian-born, Lisbon-based ceramic artist whose work explores the relationship between texture, form, and light. Her artistic practice is deeply rooted in a fascination with organic surfaces and natural aesthetics.

With a background in interior design and photography, Anna approaches ceramics as a space where art, craftsmanship, and design intersect. Her work reflects a philosophy of slow design, valuing the sensory experience of making and the emotional connection between object and user.

Her pieces are featured in contemporary interiors, design galleries, and curated spaces that celebrate the timeless beauty of ceramics. Anna is also an experienced educator, having taught at university level in Russia before moving to Portugal.
