Mal Workshop „Portos besondere Orte in Aquarellen“ mit Joana in Porto, Portugal

In the last days of December 2023, I started attending Joana's classes. My sister already attended them and the enthusiasm with which she talked about the classes and the work she was producing won me over completely.
I started the classes with some fear that the work proposals would be too difficult for me. However, Joana's posture didn't even give me time to hesitate.
Joana is a great teacher, attentive and caring about everyone's work, but also about the group. She has the power to create a good atmosphere in class, pampering us with tea and sweets or snacks. In this environment, time passes quickly and productions are improved and finalized.
Joana is an artist! An artist in her art, an artist in her human relations and in the pedagogical relationship she establishes.
I can no longer imagine my weeks without Joana's classes.

I had my first class with Joana at a very difficult time of my life for healthy reasons and I felt depressed. In Joana's classes I discovered the pleasure of drawing and painting things I never imagined I would be capable of. The delicacy and perfection of Joana's lines make us always want to do more and better; its addicting. Joana's classes are special, not only because of the clear way she teaches but also because of the way she interacts with her students, always a good time and fun! Thanks Joana!🥰

Since i discovered Joana’s classes until today i go to Joana’s studio and i’m grateful because there, i was able to once again feel the passion for pencils, paints and brushes that was store deep inside and it’s magical to discover that again.
I found in the studio that is possible to start no matter what notions of drawing we have, i discovered that is always possible to learn and develop our abilities because she uses an appropriate teaching method for us to develop our skills step by step and achieve results that we previously thought were impossible for us.
I learned to look at drawing and painting as they should be looked and i have achieved great improvements.
Furthermore, the classroom environment is extraordinary, sharing moments with people who have the same passion is priceless.

I first got in touch with Joana because of my granddaughters.They were so thrilled with her workshops that I decided to have a try myself. That was the summer of 2022 and I have been attending her classes ever since!I now know that with watercolours and a brush I am never alone or bored!
