Inspiring creative speed speeches, moving electronic tunes, delicious craft drink and food tastings, exciting mini subcultours in form of DIY-workshops. That’s exactly what happened during our official Berlin opening kick off last Thursday.

The opening event’s mission was to connect not only all creative entrepreneurs and artists from Berlin but also give them a chance to meet people from other industries, this time with international travel network Travel Massive. We strongly believe in building local creative communities to inspire, connect and create with each other.

Jewelry designer Lilian Syrigou, illustrator Kristina Wedel and tattoo artists Marta and Ivan from Antika Pratika showed that sometimes you just need to start doing something to find out what you want to spend your life with. Theo, founder of local craft alcohol brand Freimeisterkollektiv and jewelry designer Gala Oifa started in a complete different professional area and only found their next point of interest at a later stage in their life.

One thing every creative had in common though – their passion to create. That’s what you could see when the interactive mini-subcultours started and not only all guests but also all artists got hands on and created beautiful custom gymbags with Jamie from Ravel Textiles, mini scarfs with Ambra Fiorenza and personal postcards with Kristina Wedel.

// Electronic vibes

After the electrifying tunes of Aurielle and Ola from Electro Duo La Lume people stared sharing their stories and visions on a more personal level and private chats. It made us so unbelievable happy to see how well everybody connected and to feel the creative energy and urgency to create.

We can’t wait to continue the journey and see you at future subcultours and events!
