In this workshop, you learn about the different types of tape and their uses, as well as the techniques for creating different shapes and patterns with tape. You have the opportunity to create your own tape art piece using the techniques you have learned. All this is accompanied by good techno music and delicious drinks.
It doesn't matter whether you already have experience in the art field or not. In this workshop you can develop your artistic side and try your hand at gluing and tape art. You will receive an introduction to the world of tape art and learn about different techniques and styles. Then, you go straight to work: You can design your own tape artwork on white PVC panel with the support of experienced tape art artist Fabifa.
The best part? You can take your artwork home, give it as a gift, or even continue to work on it.
About the artist
I'm Fabifa, a Tape Art Artist with 7 years of experience. I live and work in Berlin. I express my sense of freedom and self-discovery through art, capturing harmonious moments and reflecting the feelings of my subject. I use tape as my primary medium to connect and unite different ideas and create connections between cultures and perspectives.
I draw inspiration from engravings, pop and comic art, and more recently, ultraviolet glowing coral and sea creatures correlated with urban nightlife. My art explores human existence and perception, creating a blueprint for the future human.
