Olá! I am a 34 year old Portuguese chef, former journalist and passionate about people. That's it! I am a people person. I love the social gathering, spending time with people and just enjoying the time together. The idiosyncrasy is what matters most to me, when everybody is willing to share. I find it truly inspiring to hear all the different stories and adventures, all the different backgrounds and outcomes travelers share when they visit me. It helps me to build my own picture of the world.
At the moment I'm based in Porto. Originally I come from the smallest city of Portugal called São João da Madeira. Then, I made a few rounds abroad, but ended up again in my beloved Porto. Currently, I manage a cookery school nearby the ocean and teach and cook as much as I can.  

What is going to happen during my BLOODY DINNER? :)
We will prepare together a full dinner menu cooked with viscera and meat. Some guts for the starter and chicken giblets rice as a main, bloody as it gets. And for dessert a meaty temptation. Some delicious local wine will be provided but allow yourself to bring some other booze if you wish!
