Last week, we embarked on an unforgettable journey of creativity and camaraderie with the incredible team at Adevinta, the powerhouse behind brands like kleinanzeigen and mobile.de.
Our mission?
To facilitate a Tape Art Workshop led by the renowned artist Fabifa.
Join us as we recount the vibrant tapestry of teamwork, innovation, and artistic expression that unfolded against the backdrop of Berlin's bustling corporate landscape.
Setting the Stage:
As the sun cast its golden rays over Berlin, we embarked on our adventure, with Fabifa by our side and a car brimming with art supplies. Arriving at the sprawling corporate campus of Adevinta, we were greeted by Birte, our gracious host, who ushered us into a spacious room with panoramic views of the surrounding industrial charm.
Preparation and Collaboration:
Together with Fabifa, we meticulously arranged tables into islands of creativity, ensuring that each of the 50 expected guests would have ample space to unleash their artistic prowess.
With the stage set and the art materials neatly organized, we awaited the arrival of our eager participants, fueled by Birte's thoughtful provisions of delectable snacks and refreshing beverages.
Unleashing Creativity:
As the clock struck the appointed hour, Fabifa took the stage, captivating the audience with her passion for Tape Art. Soon after, the team divided into four groups, each member claiming their spot at the tables.
With Fabifa and myself circulating to offer guidance and support, the room buzzed with the hum of creativity as vibrant tape art pieces began to take shape.
From whimsical cats to nostalgic portraits, each artwork reflected the unique imagination of its creator, weaving together tape artworks of diversity and inspiration. As the hours flew by, barriers melted away, and conversations flowed freely, fostering a sense of camaraderie and connection among colleagues.
A Fusion of Art and Play:
As the Tape Art Workshop reached its crescendo, a brief interlude for sports provided a welcome respite, with ping-pong matches adding an extra layer of excitement to the proceedings. It was a testament to the seamless synergy between art and play, as creativity flourished in the spirit of friendly competition.
Celebrating Achievement:
As the final strokes were added to each masterpiece, we gathered for a heartwarming presentation round, where participants shared the stories behind their tape art creations. With laughter, applause, and shared moments of pride, we celebrated not only the artwork but also the bonds forged through collaboration and shared experience.

As the Creative Teambuilding Event drew to a close, we bid farewell to the Adevinta team, grateful for the opportunity to share in their creativity and camaraderie.
