Hola chicos! I'm Pablo Bonilla, a passionate Costa-Rican chef for more than 10 years. I care a lot about our indigenous culture and traditions. That's why I made it my task to rescue the authentic and original kitchen of our ancient villages in the rural areas of Costa Rica. 
During my INDIGENOUS TICO FLAVORS subcultours you will learn about the typical Costa-Rican kitchen, which goes far beyond casados and gallo pinto. Together we will prepare a delicious and authentic ancient Tico plate with Indigenous flavors. 
The money you pay for my subcultours will go directly to a social initiative to help the indigenous community to build its first very own indigenous gastronomic laboratory in our country. I'm excited to meet and tell you more about it!
