In this article, let’s start with…
Meet artist Araiké Da Silva, an Italian-Brazilian painter, photographer and sculptor, during his "3 Days - Painting Workshop for Beginners" at his studio in Wedding, Berlin.
During three days, you learn about which material you can use to paint and how to stretch and prepare a canvas. You also learn about color theory and how to mix pigments with a binder. And, of course, as the last and main step, you learn how to apply color on the canvas, starting from the portrait or the figure as the subject. For more info and booking, click here.
When a 3 day painting workshop seems a bit too long for your taste, why not start with the "3 hours - Drawing for Beginners Workshop" with artist Araiké? :)
During this drawing workshop, you focus mainly on drawing a portrait or a figure while experimenting with three different techniques: Charcoal, Ink and Graphite.

Would you like to combine a private painting session with a personal tour in the artist’s Kiez (= neighborhood) in Berlin?
Then you might want to meet artist Anne Bengard during her
